The Fear of the Lord
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” — Proverbs 9:10
My Dear Children,
Wisdom is the fear of the Lord—the deep reverence for His holiness, the awe of His power, and the trust in His goodness. I have spent my life seeking wisdom, and I have learned that it is not about human knowledge but about divine understanding. It is the ability to see life from God’s perspective and to make choices that align with His will.
In The Mystical Order, we do not rely on our own understanding. We seek God’s wisdom through prayer, Scripture, and the counsel of the Holy Spirit. Wisdom is the compass that guides our steps, the light that illuminates our path, and the voice that speaks truth to our hearts.

But let me warn you: The enemy will tempt you to rely on your own wisdom, to trust in your own understanding, and to lean on your own strength. Please do not listen to his lies. True wisdom is found in surrendering to God’s guidance and in seeking His heart in all things.
Ask yourself: Am I seeking God’s wisdom in my decisions, or am I relying on my own understanding? True wisdom is not about having all the answers but about trusting God to lead us one step at a time.
With a Heart of Wisdom,
Queen Abbess Patricia
