“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:3
God the Father and Jesus Christ, His Son, are both strongly committed by the truth of the Word and strongly committed by the truth of the Word and by the integrity of their character to answer prayer.
Not only does this and all the promises pledge for God to answer prayer, but they assure us that the answer will be specific.
Our Lord’s invariable teaching was that we will receive whatever we ask for in prayer If we ask for receive whatever we ask for in prayer. If we ask for bread, He will give us bread. If we ask for an egg, He will give us an egg. Evil will not be given to us in answer to prayer, but rather God’s goodness.
ALMIGHTY GOD, thank You for answering our prayers specifically as we request. Amen.
