Dear Sensitives,
Some of you possess heightened prophetic sensitivity—you feel deeply, perceive spiritual realities others miss, and carry an awareness of the unseen realm that can be both gift and burden. Today I want to speak directly to you who navigate the world with this acute sensitivity.
First, understand that your sensitivity is not a weakness or a dysfunction, though the world may have told you otherwise. You are not “too emotional” or “overly sensitive.” You are wired to perceive dimensions of reality that others cannot access, and this is a sacred gift. The prophetic voice in every generation has come through those sensitive enough to hear what heaven is saying and courageous enough to declare it.
However, your gift requires careful stewardship. Without proper boundaries and self-care, prophetic sensitivity can become overwhelming, even destructive. You must learn to distinguish between what is yours to carry and what belongs to others. Not every burden you sense is yours to bear. Not every emotion you feel originated in your own heart. Many of you are unknowingly absorbing the pain, fear, and chaos of everyone around you, and this is crushing you under a weight you were never meant to carry.
I teach you this practice: regularly cleanse your energy field through prayer, meditation, and intentional release. Before entering crowded spaces or emotionally charged situations, shield yourself spiritually. Afterwards, consciously release anything you picked up that is not yours. Spend time in nature, in silence, in solitude—these are not luxuries for you but necessities. Your sensitivity requires more recuperation time than others need, and you must honour this without guilt.
Your prophetic sensitivity also makes you vulnerable to deception. Because you operate so much in the spiritual realm, you can be deceived by counterfeit spiritual experiences or malevolent entities masquerading as benevolent guides. Test everything. Not every spiritual experience is from the Divine. Not every voice you hear speaks truth. Develop discernment alongside your sensitivity.
Finally, use your gift purposefully. Your sensitivity allows you to perceive needs before they are spoken, to sense approaching storms before they arrive, to know what is really happening beneath surface appearances. This awareness should move you to intercession, to preparation, to speaking timely words that redirect trajectories. You are a watchman on the wall. Your sensitivity serves not just you but the entire community.
Honour your gift. Steward it wisely. Use it courageously.
