HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey
Dearest Members of Our Order,
There is a time each day when the veil between the physical and spiritual realms grows thin, when heaven bends closer to earth, when divine whispers become clearer to those who have ears to hear. This sacred hour is not the same for everyone—for some it is dawn’s first light, for others it is the deep silence of midnight, and for still others it is twilight’s gentle transition.
I urge you to discover your sacred hour and guard it with your life. This is the time when you meet with the Divine in uninterrupted communion, when you lay aside the concerns of the material world and attend to eternal realities. In our modern culture, we are taught to fill every moment with productivity, to measure our worth by our output, to feel guilty for any time spent in apparent “inactivity.” This is a deception that robs you of the very source of true power.

Your sacred hour is not an appointment you keep when convenient—it must become as essential as breathing, as non-negotiable as sleeping. During this time, you read sacred texts, you sit in meditation, you pray, you listen, you journal, you simply be in the presence of the Divine. What happens during this hour may seem invisible to physical eyes, but in the spiritual dimension, you are being transformed, renewed, strengthened, and aligned with your highest purpose.
I have observed that those who maintain a consistent sacred hour possess a peace that others cannot explain, a wisdom beyond their years, a resilience that defies circumstances. They navigate life’s storms with unusual calm because they have anchored themselves daily in eternal truth. They make better decisions because they have consulted divine wisdom before acting. They love more purely because they have received love in its most perfect form.
If you currently have no sacred hour, establish one today. Start with just fifteen minutes if that is all you can manage, but make it sacred—turn off all devices, close the door, remove all distractions. This is your appointment with the Divine, and nothing should interrupt it. As this practice becomes established, you will find yourself naturally extending the time because you will hunger for more of what you experience there.
Your sacred hour is where you are truly fed. Everything else is simply burning the fuel gained in that place.
In sacred devotion,
The Patriarch
