The Sacred Trust of God’s Gifts
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” — 1 Peter 4:10
My Beloved Children,
Stewardship is the sacred trust of managing God’s gifts with wisdom, generosity, and faith. Everything we possess—our time, talents, resources, and even our relationships—belongs to God. We are merely stewards, entrusted with these blessings to use for His glory and the good of others. I have walked this path for many years, and I have learned that stewardship is not about control but about surrender. It is the recognition that all we have is a gift from God, and we are called to use it wisely and generously.
In The Mystical Order, we do not hoard or misuse what God has given us. We steward it with care, knowing that one day we will give an account for how we managed His gifts. Stewardship is not just about giving; it is about living with intention, using our time wisely, cultivating our talents, and investing our resources in ways that honour God and bless others.

But let me share a truth I have learned: Stewardship is an act of worship. When we manage God’s gifts with faithfulness and generosity, we reflect His character and invite His blessing into our lives. Stewardship is not a burden; it is a privilege—a chance to participate in God’s work in the world.
Ask yourself: Am I managing God’s gifts with faithfulness and generosity? True stewardship is not about how much we have but about how faithfully we use what we have been entrusted with.
With a Steward’s Heart,
Queen Abbess Patricia
