SOMETHINGS TO AVOID 2

HH, Sir Godfrey Gregg D.Div

I believe  when you fear God, you will avoid the following to stay pure:

Adultery – When you are married, you have the right and liberty to have sex, how, where and when depends on you and your partner. It is important not to deny your partner access to sex especially married women in order to avoid adultery. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 7:3-4 – “Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband. The wife hath not the power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not a power of his own body, but the wife. Defraud ye not one the other, except it, be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempts you not for your incontinency.

Therefore, it is important for both married men and women not to cheat on their partners no matter the situation. Even when you divorce because you cannot fulfil all that scripture says, it is important to remarry before you can have sex again.

Don’t forget that even David who was a man after God’s own heart was severely punished by God for committing adultery, that is for sleeping with Uriah’s wife Bathsheba (2 Samuel 12:11-14).
