Dear Mr Antonio Providence,

Last week pictures surfaced on the social media in which you were involved and is a violation of the rules and bylaws of the Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist a church where you serves in the capacity of Senior Bishop. Since the pictures were made public we have spoken and you offered to resigned and walk away. Your voluntary position was accepted by the leadership of the church and you have failed to act on your own confession.

The Mystical Order is a church with rules and regulations founded on the principles of scripture, the sweat and tears of its leaders and the rituals of our ancestors.. I believe that the church is a hospital where sick people come and get better. The church represents a higher being and its members must live according to the word of God. There is not one gospel for the ministers and another for the members. The church is bigger than us and God is much bigger than the organizations and churches we serve.

Your acts displayed in the pictures posted on social media has violated the character, morals and ethical standards of the Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc and Starlight of Israel.. I will remind you that our lives are books that people read and many times the only book. Therefore, as Christians and more Ministers, we are to set the example for others to follow. We must be held accountable for our actions at all times whether in private or public places. The eyes of the Lord are constantly on us even as the sparrow.

Let me inform you that when these rules were written in 2012, I was the Bishop of the Church. Today I sit as the Archbishop and the power falls under the office I hold as Archbishop and I will have to use same rules to discipline you. I have held a discussion with the leadership of the church and the Executive council and the decision was unanimous to DISMISS you from the ranks of the church and to remove you from the church records. This will include DE-robbing you and remove the title “Senior Bishop” and “Bishop”, and Expulsion from the Clergy.

Article 13 (2) and I will quote the entire section for your information which will be used for my decision today. I quote

“Article 13 (2).

a). Whenever a matter is made public and involves a minister, the Archbishop will consult with the Patriarch and invoke the rules and sanctions in Article 13 or whichever is appropriate

b). The Church will not discriminate against anyone but will uphold the principles and teachings of the Scriptures.

c). The Archbishop will invoke his powers under this section to advise the Patriarch to DISMISS anyone that publicly causes lewdness contrary to morals and ethical standards, and the regulations of the Church.

d). Public display or engagements of any sexual nature, or appears to be morally wrong or a violation of Scripture in a public place, and causes disruption and panic among the members and the public

e). Any member or members that poses or causes the publication of pictures or any material to incriminate another and causes ridicule or distrust among other

members shall be EXPELLED under Article 13 ( d ) above

f). The Archbishop who is the custodian of all church records shall remove any member records from the archives of the church. and report to the Patriarch the actions taken with regards to the above matters

g). No member shall be posting or cause to be posted any material on any social media that will impede the integrity, character and respectability of the Church

This is my decision that under Article 13 the following sub-sections will apply along with section 2 in its entirety

c) Revocation of Ordination Licensed
1. ) Expulsion
2. f) Revocation of License to Preach
3. h) Revocation of Ordination certificate

The final decision after consultation is DISMISSAL and removal from the records of the Church history.

You are not to conduct any business, represent, act on behalf or in any capacity in the name of The church herein referred to as “The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc.;” To act is to violate the articles of Association of the said church which is registered with the State of New York.

You are also not allowed to use the office or title “Senior Bishop” a title registered with the Church and forms part of the Rules of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc and registered in the State of New York.

You may and can be referred to your previous title before you were received into the ranks of the Mystical Order.

Thank you for serving and it is regrettable that your service has come to this abrupt end. As you continue to heal from this affair I pray God’s blessing on you and your family.
