Scripture: “Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves.” (Hebrews 13:17)
Teachers are very special people God places in our lives. They help us learn, grow, and find our way. Respecting teachers means listening carefully, following their instructions, and speaking kindly. Sometimes, it’s not easy to respect someone when we disagree, but doing so is pleasing to God and brings blessings.
Teachers work hard every day to prepare lessons and help students succeed. When you show respect, you make their work easier and create a good learning environment for yourself and your classmates. The Bible says to obey those in authority, which includes your teachers.
This morning, pray for your teachers. Ask God to help you be respectful even when things are hard. Pray: “Lord, help me honour those You have placed as my teachers. Give me a respectful heart that learns well and grows.”
