Day 17 – Work With Diligence

Scripture: “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might.” (Ecclesiastes 9:10)

Hard work and dedication are treasures that God wants to see in your life. Whether you’re studying, cleaning your room, or helping others, doing your best honours God and prepares you for success. Sometimes it’s easy to want to rush or do only what’s easy, but diligence means giving your very best to every task.

The Bible encourages us to work with all our might because our efforts matter. When you apply yourself well in schoolwork today, you are building skills and character that will open doors tomorrow. No work is too small when done with a willing heart.

Remember, God rewards faithfulness—not just achievements—but faithfulness means being diligent in small things too. Ask God to help you do your best today. Pray: “Lord, give me strength to work hard and patience to finish well. Help me honour You with all I do.”
