FROM THE DESK OF THE CARDINAL
Sir Eric Alleyne
Sowing in the morning, sowing seeds of kindness,
Sowing in the noontide and the dewy eve;
Waiting for the harvest, and the time of reaping,
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves.
Refrain
Bringing in the sheaves, bringing in the sheaves,
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves,
Bringing in the sheaves, bringing in the sheaves,
We shall come rejoicing, bringing in the sheaves.
Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!
A pleasant morning to all my brothers and sisters, let us magnify the Lord this morning, for He is worthy to be praised. According to Thy gracious word, in meek humility; this will I do, my dying Lord, I will remember Thee. Almighty God as we approach our souls to Thy mercy seat this morning, we plead that You hear and answer our prayer, Master we humbly fall before Your feet, because we know that none can perish there. Father we thank you for spared life and tender mercies insomuch we glorify, uplift and honour You this morning. Thanking you for your Son– Jesus, for where He lead us we will follow, because we were taught there is one way and only one. Jehovah, please guard, guide and keep us throughout this blessed day and forever. Thank you Jesus! Amen!
Peace and blessings to the Patriarch, my Archbishop, Queen Abbess, all ministers, members, friends and well wishers of The Mystical Order, I greet you in the wonderful name of Jesus. Brothers and sisters I want to take this opportunity to congratulate the pioneers of The Mystical Order for brining us, with God’s help, to our third anniversary. Amen. Beloved like everything else in life it was not an easy road, there have been ups and downs, but with Jesus the Christ as the Leader and one of our main focus is winning souls for that great day of Salvation, hence the reason The Mystical Order can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth the Order. Saints of God, as I’ve previously mentioned that we cannot walk into Jerusalem just like that (ups and downs), but with comforting words such as, through all the changing scenes of life, in trouble and in joy; the praises of my God shall still, my heart and tongue employ, and all to Jesus I surrender, all to Him I freely give; I will ever love and trust Him, and in His presence daily live; these and more such like have kept This Mystical Order afloat in Jesus name.
Family in Christ I want to give honour where honour is due, I must commend the nucleus (the heart and or brain) of The Mystical Order – the secretary, administrator, co-founder, someone you can call on in time of need, beloved I’m speaking of none other that Archbishop Godfrey Gregg. Sometimes I would visit his home and I’m marveled at his modus operandi, he (Sir Godfrey) would have two computers up and engaging in spiritual matters of this ministry, handling conference calls from other members, friends or well wishers of The Mystical Order and still have to prepare for his full time job. Family in Christ, many a time I learnt he wanted to give up when we {some of the members and “dear friends”} started to persecute Sir Godfrey, it was the Patriarch, Queen Abbess and other members (time would not permit me to name them and I may omit names by mistake) who spearheaded a spiritual defense for Sir Godfrey. With biblical quotations such as Matthew 5 verses 10 to 12, faith and ceaseless prayer, Sir Godfrey was able to fight the good fight. I personally can recall Sir Godfrey telling me it was a testing period because he know, “a charge to keep I have , a God to glorify; a never dying soul to save and fit it for the sky”. Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!
Congratulations again to the Mystical Order on their third anniversary, I pray that Almighty God continue to inspire the elders of this Order, on new mercies each returning day, hover around us while we pray, new perils past new signs forgiven, new thoughts of God, new hopes of Heaven. Almighty and most merciful God as we close this portion, we thank you for the word, which is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, Lord we bless you for our elders of The Mystical Order, please continue to guard, guide, protect and sustain them. Lord of Lords please nourish them, so they can pass on some nutrients to us. Master we pray for the whole world, remember our brothers and sisters in the Caribbean Islands, Lord where there is hatred please sow love, where there is war, we pray for peace, teach us to love our neighbours as we love ourselves. Oh blessed Hope with this elate, let not our hearts be desolate, but strong in faith in patience wait, until HE comes. In Jesus Almighty name, in Jesus conquering name. Amen, Amen, Amen.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, until we meet again, congratulations, God loves you so do I.
Your humble servant,
His Eminence Sir Eric Alleyne LOM OHPA OSM
Cardinal of The Mystical Order,
Commanding Officer of The Mystical Court.
