A WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT

Dear Bishop Jimel Baptiste and Reverend Mother Sasha,

I want to take a moment to express my deepest admiration and gratitude for your unwavering courage and leadership in these challenging times. Your unshakeable faith and commitment to the ministry are a testament to your unwavering dedication to God’s calling. You are indeed a tower of strength, and your impact on the ministry is immeasurable.

In 2 Timothy 2:1-2, Paul writes, “You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others.”

Your leadership has embodied this passage, as you have entrusted the ministry to reliable individuals, empowering them to carry on the legacy of faith. Your investment in others has restored pride and dignity to the ministry, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

In Isaiah 54:10, we read, “Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed.”

Your steadfastness in the face of adversity has demonstrated the unfailing love and covenant of peace that God has with His people. You have been a beacon of hope, shining brightly in the darkness.

In Hebrews 13:7-8, we are reminded, “Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”

Your leadership has spoken the word of God with boldness and grace. Your way of life has been an example to us all, and your faith has inspired us to imitate your courage and dedication.

As you continue to press on, I want to encourage you to hold fast to the promises of God. In Isaiah 43:2-3, He promises, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.”

You have walked through the waters, rivers, and fires, and God has been with you every step of the way. He will continue to be your refuge and strength.

In closing, I want to say thank you. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to the ministry. Thank you for your courage in the face of adversity. Thank you for being a shining example of faith and leadership. Keep pressing on, my brother and sister. The best is yet to come!
