Patriarch Godfrey Gregg
Scripture: Galatians 6:7-8 – “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, he will reap in return. The one who sows to please his flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; but the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”
Your future is determined by the seeds you sow today. Every time you choose faith over fear, love over bitterness, and service over self, you are depositing into the soil of your destiny. The law of sowing and reaping is not merely physical; it is deeply spiritual. In moments of prayer and fasting, examine what you are planting with your words, attitudes, and actions.
God does not leave your harvest to chance. He invites you to partner in shaping your tomorrow by making Spirit-led choices today. Sometimes the most productive seeds are sown in seasons of spiritual discipline when you silence distractions and pursue God with greater intensity. Fasting reveals what needs uprooting and what should be nurtured.
Do not underestimate the power of daily decisions. Your character, relationships, ministry, and legacy are cultivated moment by moment. As you fast, ask God for wisdom to discern which areas need fresh sowing to produce the future you desire. Remember, it is never too late to plant new seeds.
Prayer Focus:
“Lord, open my eyes to the seeds I am sowing daily. Give me grace to sow in faith, love, and truth. May my choices reflect Your character and lead to a harvest of eternal life.”
