Patriarch Godfrey Gregg
Scripture: Romans 14:12 – “So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.”
Your destiny is not set by chance, nor can it be blamed on others. Scripture teaches that everyone will stand before God and give an account for their choices. Each decision shapes both your character and your legacy. This truth is sobering, but it also brings hope: you are not a prisoner of the past or the opinions of others. With God’s strength, you can make new, wise decisions that honour Him and move your life toward His purpose.
During this day of fasting, consider any areas where you may have neglected personal responsibility. Ask God to show you places needing discipline, forgiveness, or renewed commitment. Do not fear this accountability—see it as a loving Father’s invitation to mature in faith. When you own your spiritual journey, you also claim God’s promises for your future.

Prayer Focus:
“Father, I accept responsibility for my life and choices. I seek Your forgiveness, wisdom, and strength to walk in righteousness. Let my decisions bring glory to You.”
