Leadership is not about power or position—it is about service. It is the willingness to lay down our own ambitions, to lift up others, and to lead with humility and love. I have spent my life in leadership, and I have learned that true leadership is not about being in charge but about taking charge of our responsibility to serve.
In The Mystical Order, we do not lead for personal gain or recognition. We lead to glorify God, to empower others, and to advance His kingdom. Leadership is the stewardship of influence—a call to guide, to protect, and to nurture those entrusted to our care.
But let me share a truth I have learned: Leadership is not about control but about trust. It is the willingness to follow God’s leading, to listen to His voice, and to serve His people with integrity and love. True leadership is not measured by titles or accolades but by the impact of a life lived for others.
Ask yourself: Am I leading with humility and a servant’s heart, or am I seeking my own glory? True leadership is not about being served but about serving others as Christ served us.
