HH, Sir Godfrey Gregg D.Div
“ And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.” (Exodus 40:35).
In the last chapter of Exodus, we read all the Lord commanded Moses to do, and that as he fulfilled these commands the glory of the Lord descended and filled the tabernacle till there was no room for Moses, and from that time the pillar of cloud overshadowed them, their guide, their protection.
And so we have been building as the Lord Himself commanded, and now the temple is to be handed over to Him to be possessed and filled. He will so fill you, if you will let Him that yourself and everything else will be taken out of the way, the glory of the Lord will fill the temple, encompassing, lifting up, guiding, keeping; and from this time your moon shall not withdraw its light, nor your sun go down.
My beloved and faithful readers, brothers and sisters I want to stress how God operates. He chose one man named Moses as the leader and it is through him that He will relay all His commands for the followers. The followers were already in disarray from the time they left Egypt causing confusion. Therefore God picked the line of communication. Today if you will harken unto His voice and follow His commands you may have a place under His protection. Listen to your Moses, your leader and you will hear the voice of God. Today everyone has a message from God and they are failing to walk in His precepts. God will not speak through the congregation except through His chosen leader for this generation. Samuel heard the voice but he was not certain and he went to the leader to inquire of him. When Eli was convinced that the Lord God had spoken he was able to give instructions to Samuel to follow through. Hallelujah
Do you want power? You have God for it. Do you want holiness? You have God for it; and so of everything. And God is bending down from His throne today to lift you up to your true place in Him. From this time may the cloud of His glory so surround and fill us that we shall be lost sight of forever.
