Earlier today October 14, Archbishop Sir Frank Simon was laid to rest at the churchyard at the St. Elizabeth Spiritual Baptist Cathedral in Belmont. It was a sad day for some and a joyous occasion for others. The outpouring of love and support was a message to the critics, who with shame and an expression of guilt attended the service and even participated in the same order.
I am so happy even though I was not in attendance, but have fought for a just cause and rights of a man, brother and friend who served the Archdiocese for many years is various offices. May Almighty God bless all who played a part in the preparation and service of our dear brother.
