HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey
Beloved members of The Mystical Order,
Grace, peace, and blessings be multiplied unto each of you in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour. As your Patriarch, I write to remind you that faith is not tested in times of comfort but in the midst of storms that shake the soul. The Word tells us that without faith it is impossible to please God, and this sacred truth calls us daily to trust even when we cannot trace His hand.
Every trial that visits your life is not meant to destroy your joy but to deepen your faith. Like gold refined through fire, so must the soul be purified through testing. When the winds of adversity rise, remember the disciples in the boat who cried out in fear, forgetting that Christ was with them. Yet, in one moment, He rebuked the wind and said, “Peace, be still.” That same voice still speaks over the tempests in our lives today.
Hold fast to your faith, brethren. The battle is not against flesh and blood but against doubt and despair that seek to rob the believer of confidence in God. When you stand firm, you are not only a witness to your endurance but a vessel through which the glory of God is revealed. Faith allows us to rejoice before the victory comes, knowing that every promise of God is certain.
Remember, faith is not the absence of fear but the courage to move forward in spite of it. Let your testimony be one of hope and triumph, even when the night seems long. The Lord delights in those who trust Him fully. Let each step you take be guided by an unwavering belief that His purpose is greater than our understanding.
My prayer for you today is that the fire of your faith may never be extinguished but burn brighter through every trial. Let this season strengthen you, not weaken you. Let faith rise in your hearts like the morning sun, dispelling every shadow of doubt. Stand upon the promises of God and know that your faith will overcome every trial as you continue to walk in divine purpose.
