WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY.

FROM THE DESK OF THE CARDINAL

Hon. Sir Eric Alleyne

Tell me what more
What more can Jesus do
Tell me what more
What more can Jesus do
Jesus lay the foundation
He open the gates of mercy
What more, what more can Jesus do.

What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear; what a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer. A pleasant and wonderful morning to all my brothers and sisters, let us give thanks to Almighty God, for He is good and His mercies endureth forever. Heavenly Father, we honour, glorify and uplift your name this morning, Lord we’re holding Your name very high in consul this morning, also thanking You for spared life. Master we are placing our petition before You this morning and with faith believing we are awaiting Your answer King Jesus. Please guard, guide and protect us, as we go about our individual chores in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!

To the Patriarch, my Archbishop, Queen Abbess, all ministers, members, friends and well wishers of The Mystical Order, I greet you in the mighty name of Jesus. Brethren, with God, all things are possible; however, God help those who help themselves. We may have an issue or a situation and one of our first option is to take it to the Lord in prayer, bearing in mind we are not the only one in this situation. One also have to put things into perspective, so when Almighty God open that door, one will be well equipped to handle the outpouring of His love and grace, which may come in many different ways. As we recall, after Jesus had taught His disciples the “Our Father Prayer”, He went on to teach them that they (His disciples) also have to seek and they shall find, knock and it shall be opened unto you, ask and it shall be given to you. Amen! Christian family, if you tarry with me for a while, I want to give a little testimony on asking. Some years ago I was in a situation, I took it to the Lord in prayer, I went about my daily routine and kept this situation in my heart, fearing that if I confide in a friend, my situation will not be confidential no more. { Brethren, I’m sure you’ll could testify to this} { Even the late Bob Marley said man to man is so unjust, you don’t know who to trust}. Nevertheless, my situation was growing very dim as the days and moments swiftly fly, and one day I decided to ask of my close friends and  the people I congregate with; and brethren, the amount of information I did received, the love and concern they showed and the assistance they gave, up to present time I’m still thankful to Almighty God for touching the hearts of these people. Praise the Lord!
Fellow travellers to eternity, it is no secret what God can do, what He’s done for others, He’ll do for you. I want to draw you attention to the miracle on the sea of Tiberias, when Simon Peter and a few of Christ disciples went fishing a whole night and caught nothing, but the next morning Jesus told them to cast their net on the right side of the ship and they shall find. Beloved they cast the net and they were not able to draw it because of the multitude of fishes. (John 21 verses 1 to 6). Faith believers, Jesus will not forsake His children nor see us begging bread, He is merciful and forgiving, let us trust Him. If we confide in someone and they betray us, although it’s very hurtful, it is not up to us to take matters into our hands. Vengeance is mine, I will repay said the Lord. Amen! Israelites, behind every dark cloud, there is a silver lining; we have to reach out because for every action, there is a reaction. One may never know that help is only a conversation or a phone call away. As children of The Most High, we are supposed to be our brother’s keepers, if there is sadness; we mourn and pray with our Christian family and if there is a ceremony; we all rejoice with that family. Amen!
In closing brethren, we cannot just be hearers of the word, we have to put it to action and practice. We love to recite the 23rd Psalm and sing “my shepherd will supply my needs”, but do we have that trust and faith in the Lord? According to my subject at captioned, “where there is a will, there is a way”, the third chapter of Ecclesiastes teaches us that, “to every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”. These are not my words, I just quoted from the Bible, so whatever is the issue or the situation Almighty God is in charge. Amen!
Heavenly Father we thank you for your word, we pray that You remove all obstacles, break down barriers, and smoothen every rough road for Your children — who need You in these situations. King of Kings, continue to bless and direct our elders in This Mystical Order, we leave every thing in Your hands Jesus, for You can read our minds and search our hearts. Lord we pray for speedily recovery and help for those people who suffered from recent disasters, remember our Caribbean families, have mercy on our children and grandchildren. King of Zion, please continue to use me to do your work, all these and more blessings we ask for in Jesus Almighty name. Amen! Amen! Amen!
Until we meet again, God loves you so do I, so never say die; up man and try.
Your humble servant,
His Eminence, Sir Eric Alleyne.  LOM  OHPA  OSM.
