THE ROAD AHEAD

Another blessed day in the Lord to continue singing praises and thanks for all the wonderful things He has done for us. This is a day burst from eternal ages, one that God alone has created. Indeed the sun rose in our favour and we can say like John and Charles Wesley “And are we yet alive to see each other face.”
This is the day we waited for to say Thank you Lord for bringing us thus far in three years of ministry and the establishment of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc. My message to you is to hold the fort for Christ is coming. We are going to continue waving the banner high. Are we trials and temptations please take it to the Lord in prayer. The last three years were not smooth and the years ahead will not be any easier. There is one thing I know is The cross will be forever in front of us as a reminder of the sufferings of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
In the writings of Paul the apostle, we are encouraged to fight the good fight of faith and to lay hold on things eternal. O, my brothers and sisters, the time is coming when we will join the host of many more and say I have run this race, I have kept the faith and henceforth there is laid up in heaven a crown of righteousness. Now the race is not for the swift but for those that endure to the end.
Many have come along as ministers and rested. They rather are called by a title instead of walking the beaten pathway. They are afraid to be challenged by life’s obstacles and look for the easy way out. I tell you this is the time to fight on, faint not but to watch and pray. We as ministers need to set aside ourselves unto prayer and fasting. We need to hear from God in these dark hours. We need to tap into the revelation of God’s word and get the message for the hour. Today if you hear the voice of God harden not your heart as in the day of provocation.
Our Leader now seated on the seventh step and is the Most Anointed Metropolitan Patriarch and Presiding Prelate. He watches over his flock and with great authority. Our Anointed Metropolitan Archbishop and Apostolic Head sit on the sixth step representing the finished work. Likewise, our Anointed Metropolitan Queen Abbess sits on the fifth step representing Esther before the Lord. Our many other ranks of ministers are spread on the first to the fourth steps. O, hallelujah for the revelation of truth. This is a day to rejoice and be glad for God has brought us to a place of rest.
Let me thank our Senior Bishop Antonio for a wonderful job on the eve of this anniversary. I want to thank you for the representation of the Mystical Order in Trinidad meeting the very top of the leaders and the discussion for a closer walk within the faith. Your labour will not go unnoticed and our Patriarch is well pleased with all your effort.
Our talents must be used wisely and while I am not overlooking anyone’s effort, the aforementioned is noteworthy. Wherever praise is needed it must be given and to God be the glory. Our Cardinal who writes on Tuesdays has been doing a wonderful job and blessing many hearts. Let our hearts be inspired daily. Our email project is getting stronger and with our website, http://www.mysticalorderinc.org will further enlighten us and educate us in the deeper things of God. Let us take this opportunity to teach and spread the glad tidings wherever man is found. Let us continue to labour so on that day we will not be found wanting.
As you go through this day be reminded where we came from and know where we are going. Have a great anniversary day of praise and worship. God bless us all and I love you.
