There is no fear in love, but perfect love cast out fear because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made in perfect love.

As we trust Him and walk in perfect love we ourselves become perfected and won’t be afraid of failure. I don’t know about you, but this sounds like good news to me. My faith is not in my ability but in Him and Him alone. Do we have faith in our ability? We can make faith into a formula if we do this. Our faith is not in something but in someone. Someone the Word declares can not fail. We can take great joy in the fact that He will never fail us as well. After all, He is the One who will do what He said He would do.

Numbers 23:19 says God is not a man, that He would lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. So Beloved, God can not lie and He definitely cannot fail. This reality when received is life-changing. We can rest in this. We should be confident but our confidence should be totally in Him. A humble spirit will keep you from failing. James said God gives more grace to the humble. True humility is putting our complete trust in Him. This allows Him to give you more grace than you already had, and we need all we can get. Grace is given to fulfil His will. This happens when we turn to Him and put our trust totally in Him. Our faith will not be in our own ability or anointing, our faith will be in Him, the One who anoints us.

So many Christians have faith in everything but God. Sometimes it is their church or in other ministers or Image result for There is no fear in love;ministries. Men can fail but God never will. If your faith is in a man or ministry and they fail, where does that leave you? We should be praying for those ministers who have failed in one way or the other. We are many times tied to their success, we are all in this together. Their success and failure are many times our success and failures. We need each other. Even so, we have placed our faith in God and God alone. We have to be confident, but our confidence has to be in the unshakable truth of God and His Word, not in man and not in our own ability. We have no abilities outside of what He has given us anyway. As Believers, we are being told to have faith in our words. We have to believe what we say will come to pass If we expect to see a manifestation. Yet, He first said we were to have faith in God. There is an order to things, we should take time to notice as it’s that way for a reason. God calls us to focus, to keep our eyes on Christ, to avoid looking at what everyone else is doing and saying and instead see Him. Beloved, Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how He did it, because He never lost sight of where He was headed.

You see, When our eyes are on Christ, they are not on the world, and when our eyes are on the world, they are not on Christ. I pray that we will fix our eyes on the One who provides all direction, all hope and all-purpose by keeping our eyes on Him. When our eyes are focused, we won’t miss out on what God has for us. The opposite happens, we see ourselves and our lives with amazing clarity. We receive the goodness, the peace and the love that God has in store for us as believers because we are not sidetracked. We need not fear because the Lord will keep us safe…..
