There’s a fine line between kindness and sincerity, isn’t there? Somehow, you have to find that place. God calls you to be sincere, which means you’re called to honesty. That means You have to “speak the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:15 NLT). It’s never easy, “speak the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:1² but honesty is always the best policy.
What does this have to do with Your spiritual walk? God has called you to be genuine. You’re a representation of Him, after all. When you walk in sincerity (free from hypocrisy), then you’re the Lord to shine His spotlight on areas of your heart that might be deceitful. Time to clean out those cobwebs!
