A MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE AND CELEBRATION

Upon the Completion of

21 DAYS OF PRAYER AND FASTING

The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc.

April 2026

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”  — Psalm 133:1 (KJV)

To all who sojourned faithfully through these twenty-one sacred days of prayer and fasting — to every son and daughter of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc., to every praying mother and interceding elder, to every young person who laid aside the world and sought the face of God, to every leader who knelt in humility and every member who tarried before the throne of grace — we say unto you with hearts full and overflowing:

THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU. WELL DONE.

You have not merely observed a programme. You have participated in a holy convocation. You did not simply reduce your meals — you enlarged your faith. You did not merely read devotionals — you pressed into the very presence of the Living God. History has been made in the Spirit, and the record of your faithfulness is written not only in the annals of this Order, but in the eternal Book of Remembrance before Almighty God.

OUR JOURNEY: DAY BY DAY

A Sacred Remembrance of What God Did Among Us

Let us pause and rehearse, as did the Psalmist and the Prophets of old, what the Lord accomplished in our midst through these consecrated twenty-one days. For it is right and fitting that we remember — lest we forget the faithfulness of God.

Day 1: Consecration and Dedication

We stood together at the threshold of the sacred and declared our intentions before Almighty God. Hearts were purified, hands were lifted, and the Order knelt in one accord. We consecrated ourselves wholly unto the Lord, separating from the noise of the world and entering His holy courts with praise and reverence.

Day 2: Repentance and Cleansing

On this day, we humbled ourselves and sought the face of God with contrite hearts. Corporate repentance flowed freely as we acknowledged our shortcomings as individuals, as families, and as an Order. The blood of Jesus was pleaded over every sin, and healing waters began to flow through our spiritual ranks.

Day 3: The Family and the Household of Faith

We interceded for our families — those near and those estranged, those walking in faith and those yet to believe. Prayers were lifted for spouses, children, parents, and the extended family of the Order. We declared healing over broken homes and restoration over divided households.

Day 4: The Spirit of Unity

Anchored in the blessed Word of Psalm 133:1, we prayed earnestly for the unity of the Body. We renounced division, discord, and strife. In the Year of Unity 2026, we affirmed with one voice that it is good and pleasant for brethren to dwell together in harmony.

Day 5: Leadership and Governance

We stood in the gap for our Chief Apostle Sir Darrindel Hoyte-Johnson, for Patriarch and Presiding Prelate Godfrey Gregg, for our Archbishops, Bishops, Abbesses, and all officers of the Order. We prayed for wisdom, courage, integrity, and divine guidance upon all who carry the mantle of leadership.

Day 6: The Spiritual Baptist Faith Heritage

We remembered our forebears — those faithful souls who endured the Shouter Prohibition Ordinance of 1912, who prayed in secret, who suffered for the faith, and who refused to bow to colonial oppression. We honoured their sacrifice and pledged to preserve their legacy with honour and fidelity.

Day 7: Evangelism and Soul Winning

We prayed for an outpouring of the Spirit upon our evangelistic efforts across Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados, England, St. Croix, Brooklyn, and beyond. We asked God to open doors of utterance and to send labourers into His harvest.

Day 8: The Youth and the Next Generation

We interceded passionately for our children and young people — the Generation Next. We renounced the spirit of confusion, rebellion, and worldliness that seeks to devour them. We declared that our sons and daughters shall prophesy, and that the faith shall not depart from their generation.

Day 9: Healing and Restoration

We brought before God every sick body, every wounded spirit, and every broken mind within the Order and its families. We prayed for miraculous healings, for emotional wholeness, and for the restoration of those who have suffered loss. We believed God for signs and wonders among us.

Day 10: Financial Breakthrough and Stewardship

On this day, we addressed the material needs of the Order and its membership. We prayed for divine provision, for the cancellation of debt, for employment and opportunity, and for wisdom in stewardship. We declared that the wealth of the righteous shall be multiplied for Kingdom purposes.

Day 11: The Local Congregations

We remembered every assembly that flies the banner of the Order — every church building, every prayer room, every fellowship hall. We prayed for growth, for anointed worship, for pastoral strength, and for communities of believers that reflect the glory of God.

Day 12: The Widows, the Fatherless, and the Vulnerable

Moved by the compassionate heart of our Lord, we interceded for those among us and in our communities who are most vulnerable. We prayed for widows and widowers, for fatherless children, for the elderly, and for those facing injustice. We committed to being the hands and feet of Christ to them.

Day 13: Forgiveness and Reconciliation

We confronted the hard work of forgiveness. We prayed for grace to release those who have wronged us and to seek reconciliation where breaches exist. We renounced bitterness, resentment, and long-standing offences. We chose the way of love, even as Christ first loved us.

Day 14: The Nations and the Caribbean Diaspora

We lifted our eyes beyond our local assemblies to the nations. We prayed for the Caribbean peoples scattered across the globe, for their preservation of culture and faith, and for the spread of the Spiritual Baptist testimony among the nations. We declared that the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord.

Day 15: The Gifts and the Anointing

We sought God earnestly for the full operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit within our Order — tongues, interpretation, prophecy, healing, and discernment. We prayed for fresh oil upon every minister and for the anointing to increase upon the Order’s preaching, teaching, and spiritual gifts.

Day 16: Spiritual Warfare and Protection

We put on the whole armour of God and engaged in authoritative spiritual warfare. We stood against the wiles of the enemy, dismantled strongholds, and declared the blood of Jesus over every member of the Order. We prayed for divine protection over our families, our travels, and our gatherings.

Day 17: The Word and Doctrine

We prayed for a deep and abiding love for the Scriptures within our congregations. We asked God to raise up sound teachers, to guard the Order against false doctrine, and to give the people a hunger for the unadulterated Word of God. We committed to being a people of the Book.

Day 18: Community Outreach and Service

We turned our hearts outward and prayed for our witness in the communities where God has planted us. We asked for open doors to serve, to give, to counsel, and to demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways. We committed to being a light in every neighbourhood where our members reside.

Day 19: Renewal and Revival

As we drew near the end of this sacred season, we cried out for a genuine revival — not a programme, but a sovereign move of God. We prayed for refreshing, for the fire to fall afresh, and for the Order to be a catalyst for spiritual awakening in the Caribbean and its diaspora communities.

Day 20: Covenant Renewal with God

We gathered to renew our covenant with Almighty God. Like the people of old who stood before the Lord and pledged themselves anew, we made our vows to walk uprightly, to serve faithfully, and to love one another sincerely. We declared our dependence upon God for every breath and every blessing.

Day 21: Thanksgiving, Celebration, and Commissioning

On this final and glorious day, we entered His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. We celebrated twenty-one days of God’s faithfulness, of answered prayer, of hearts transformed, and of an Order standing stronger in the Year of Unity 2026. We received our commissioning to go forth — strengthened, renewed, and filled — to fulfil the great work to which God has called The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc.

WHAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN THESE LAST DAYS

Beloved, do not measure what was accomplished in these days by what you can see with natural eyes. The truest works were wrought in the unseen realm. Nevertheless, let us declare with confidence what the Lord has done:

Strongholds that had stood for years were broken. Prayers that had long been deferred were finally answered. Families that were divided began the journey back to wholeness. Hearts that had grown cold were rekindled with holy fire. Leaders were strengthened for the battles ahead. The unity of the Order was cemented more firmly than before. Young people were consecrated and called into their destinies. The testimony of the Spiritual Baptist Faith was lifted higher across every nation where we are represented.

We entered these twenty-one days as individuals. We emerge as one Body. We came with burdens. We leave with a breakthrough. We began in the wilderness of need. We end at the threshold of divine promise.

“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”  — James 5:16b (KJV)

Let no one say that prayer availeth nothing. Let no one diminish what God has done through the discipline of fasting. The heavens were opened. Angels were dispatched. Decrees were made in the courts of heaven. And the Year of Unity 2026 has been sealed with the prayers and tears and faith of a consecrated people.

A BLESSING UPON YOU

As your Patriarch and Presiding Prelate, and on behalf of our Chief Apostle Sir Darrindel Hoyte-Johnson and the entire leadership of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc., I speak this blessing over every soul who sojourned with us in these twenty-one days:

May Almighty God bless you — spirit, soul, and body.

May every prayer you lifted in these twenty-one days find its answer in God’s perfect time.

May the disciplines you have practiced in this season become the habits of your daily walk with God.

May the unity we have forged in prayer be unbreakable in the days of testing.

May the Year of Unity 2026 be the most fruitful, most glorious, and most transformative year this Order has ever known.

And may the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ be glorified in all that we are and all that we do.

“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: the Lord make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the Lord lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.”  — Numbers 6:24–26 (KJV)

With profound gratitude and apostolic blessing,

Patriarch Godfrey Gregg, D.Div.
