Archbishop and Presiding Prelate Hon. Andres B. Quow
Grace and peace be unto you in the name of our risen Lord. Devotion is the anchor that holds the soul steady in changing times. When storms arise and uncertainties abound, it is the devoted heart that remains fixed, trusting in the faithfulness of God. This devotion is not seasonal; it is a daily offering, a constant “yes” to the will of the Father. It is expressed when we bow in prayer, when we serve one another with patience, and when we choose righteousness over convenience. In such a life, God is honoured, and His purposes are advanced.
As Presiding Prelate, the call is to lead not only by instruction but by example. The shepherd must first walk the path he invites others to follow. Therefore, there must be a continual returning to the secret place, where title and rank fall away, and the soul stands bare before its Maker. In that quiet sanctuary of the heart, God refines motives, corrects attitudes, and renews strength. From this inner altar flows the grace to govern wisely, to preach with unction, and to minister with compassion.

Devotion also binds the fellowship together. When leaders and members alike seek God earnestly, divisions lose their power, and love takes its rightful place. The Mystical Order is called to be a beacon of light—rooted in Scripture, alive in the Spirit, and radiant with holiness. This testimony cannot be maintained by human effort alone; it is sustained by ongoing surrender to the Lordship of Christ. Let every officer, minister, and believer examine their own heart and ask: “Is my life an offering of devotion to God?”
In the days ahead, may your homes become sanctuaries of praise, your work become worship, and your trials become testimonies of God’s keeping power. Stand firm, beloved, in the assurance that He who has called you is faithful. May the oil of devotion never run dry upon your head, and may the blessing of the Lord rest richly upon you and your household, now and always.
