Day 25 – Control Your Anger

Scripture: “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty.” (Proverbs 16:32)

Anger is natural, but how we handle it shows our character. Getting angry quickly leads to blame, fights, and hurt feelings. The Bible tells us it is better to be patient and slow to anger because self-control is strength.

When you feel upset, pause, breathe deep, and pray. Ask God to help you keep peace instead of letting anger rule you. Remember, Jesus taught love and forgiveness even when treated wrongly. You can learn to do the same.

Today, practice controlling your anger. Pray: “Lord, help me to be patient today. Teach me to respond with kindness and not anger.” As you grow self-controlled, you build stronger friendships and a better future.
