The Matriarch is from the State of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and came to the Mystical Order in the year 2017 and was ordained a Reverend. Later same year she was elevated to the office of Abbess and in October 2018 she was moved to the office of Queen Abbess in 2024.
After much debate and confirmation, she was recommended to the Patriarch and Chief Apostle for elevation to fill the vacancy after the passing of Her Beatitude Hon. Janet McClean to become the next Matriarch of The Mystical Order and Grand Commanding Mother of the Mystical Court. The recommendations were accepted by the Patriarch and Chief Apostle preparations are being made for the consecration, elevation the enthronement on a date to be announced in 2026.

The Hon. Julia was ordained a Reverend in 2012 and became Abbess in 2013. She was recommended to the Patriarch to be elevated as Queen Abbess and was accepted. She took the oath of office on December 7, 2014.
