I will continue where I left of and ask the Lord to open our hearts to feed His children this word. My brothers and sisters in Christ hear this word for you and me today.
Repay no one evil for evil …. Romans 12:17 If another believer in Christ wrongs you, pray for that person. God will judge His people. Hebrews 10:30. If unbelievers persecute you, pray for their salvation. “For their foot shall slip in due time; for the day of their calamity is at hand, Deuteronomy 32:35 Do not retaliate or try to correct the person or persons in wrath. Allow wrath to have its way. God will answer their wrath. God will respond. God knows and sees the situation in its entirety. “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the Living God” Hebrews 10:31. Leave the person(s), leave the situation to God. He will judge righteously.
“Therefore if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him drink; for in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Romans 12:20. Your enemy will feel uncomfortable, their conscience will bother them. He may repent of his evil deeds. She may even ask for your forgiveness. He will see the love of God in you. She will see your Father God in you, and this is what God desires.
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. Do not be a purveyor of evil. Do not continue the evil. Let the evil stop with your goodness, with your humility, with your confidence in God. Yes we will be upset by the evil, but let us pray. Do good to the person(s). Our Lord Jesus when He was on the cross asked His Father to forgive all those who had participated in his crucifixion. They were all forgiven instantly of their participation in His crucifixion, except Judas. He killed himself. He wanted no forgiveness. Today and in this year I seek Your forgiveness and I will do the same to anyone that has wronged me or vice versa. I need to narrow the gap and pray that in forgiving I can build a bridge to take me to my destination. Lord how the weight gets heavy at times and the longer the road the heavier the weight. This is the end of the way and light will shine in darkness. Hallelujah
It is the will of God that we love, pray for, and forgive our enemies. God bless you richly.
