Let us look at verses 13 and 14 of St. Luke 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. After the first angel finished his speech, he was immediately joined by a vast multitude of the heavenly host and they lifted their voices to give glory and praise to the Lord. Hello Sah, I wonder what they were singing. I believe it was “Joy to the world the Lord is come”. You may think otherwise, but I am writing with inspiration. Since I am in the spirit writing I am receiving my thoughts form a heavenly cord. My brothers and sisters you have a message for this season and you must deliver it. (Please notice what they did not say! Their’s was a spiritual, rather than a secular message.)
May I remind you that Christmas, along with Easter, are tremendous times for the children of God to demonstrate their faith. After all, even though Christmas has been secularized and commercialized, it is still a day set aside to commemorate the birth of the King of Kings! Through our Christmas programs, our personal conduct and family functions, we have a wonderful opportunity to show this pagan world just what this season is truly about! Let us join our voices with those of the angelic host and declare the great glory of God. After all, that is our duty – 1 Corinthians 10:31. This world needs to know the true reason for the season!
After the shepherds met Him, this became their mission. They went about telling others about Him and they returned to their lives glorifying the Name of the Lord – Luke 2:17-20. What are you doing to glorify the Lord this Christmas? I have delivered the message to you and throughout the year along with Sir Eric our Cardinal of The Mystical Order. We have brought you messages of hope all year and this season is no difference. We have done our part and we are looking forward to the year 2016. Let us worship the True King and pray that we will have a peaceful season.
