Eric4I’d rather have Jesus than silver or gold,
I’d rather be His than have riches untold,
I’d rather have Jesus than houses or land,
I’d rather be led by His nail pierced hands.
Than to be the king of a vast domain
Or be held in sin’s dread sway.
I’d rather have Jesus than anything,
This world affords today.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with singing. A pleasant morning to all my brothers and sisters near and far, this is the day the Lord hath made, so let us rejoice and be glad in it. Let’s enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise, be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. Heavenly Father, as we approach our souls to mercy seat today, we pray that You hear and answer our prayers, we’re very thankful for spared life and tender mercies. Papa, as we go about our chores this day, teach us to stop complaining and be thankful for whatever little we have, knowing that You are Jehovah Jireh, and You will provide our needs in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!

To our elders in The Mystical Order, all ministers, members, friends and families, peace and blessings in Jesus Almighty name. Family in Christ, those of us who live in the USA have but a few days to go for celebrating thanksgiving day (11/26/15). However, mankind should be thankful every day for we serve a merciful and forgiving God. A lot of things we take for granted, like the air we breathe, the water of life, or some of the jobs we obtain, is due to God’s tender mercies. If Almighty God used to judge, think or behave like we mortals sometimes perform, none of us would stand a chance to behold the Pearly Gates. Beloved many a time we complain, and complain, and complain, (wow, I’m testifying on myself now), instead of saying a few kind words (Proverbs 15 verse 1), or showing a brother or sister another way of accomplishing a matter. Amen!

Brothers and sisters, we must demonstrate how thankful we are that Almighty God sent His only begotten Son, to save you and I. Also, we must show gratitude to our neighbours, the less fortunate and to all humans, whether they be Jew or Gentile. For Jesus the Christ taught us to love our neighbours like ourselves. Beloved, no matter what material possessions we have, we still crave more, mankind is never satisfied with what we have, we always want what the other brother or sister have (Proverbs 27 verse 20). Let us be thankful for who we are and who we represent (Matthew 5 verse 16). It’s high time we stop this carefree living, thinking tomorrow is another day, or we still have time to repent. Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, Jesus told Zacchaeus, today; salvation has come to this house. So beloved, let’s worship God in the beauty of Holiness, let’s glory God and give thanks even in problematic times, having faith, that He diligently make every crocked path straight. Amen!

I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone Happy Thanksgiving, as we celebrate with our families, let’s remember the ones who don’t have a piece of bread in their basket or some living water in their pitcher. Let us give thanks to Almighty God for sustaining our military, some of them are serving in foreign countries to keep us safe in our home land, Lord please keep watch over them. Let us be grateful and give thanks for our elders, for being good shepherds and watching over us. Almighty God, we thank You for another blessing today, we thank You for our Redeemer and His teachings. Master as we partake of our Thanksgiving dinner, help us to digest Your spiritual Food (The Word) also, so that we can become better sons and daughters in Jesus Almighty name. Amen! As I close this portion brethren, let us give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good, for His mercy endureth forever. Hallelujah!
God loves you so do I.

Your humble servant,
His Eminence, Eric Alleyne. LOM. OHPA. OSM.
Cardinal of The Mystical Order.
