BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU HEAR

Eric

I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord. A pleasant and wonderful morning to all God fearing people, and are we yet alive to see each others face, glory and praise to Jesus give, for His redeeming grace. Almighty and most merciful God, we come before Your presence today worshiping and praising You for Your sustaining power, which kept us until this present time. Lord we pray for our families, friends and our brothers and sisters throughout the world, please guard, guide and protect us as we go about our busy schedules in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!

To our Patriarch and Bishop of Starlight of Israel Healing School, my Archbishop, Crowned Queen Abbess, all ministers, members, friends and families of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc 2012, I greet you in Jesus Almighty name. Family in Christ in 2 Timothy chapter 4 verse 3, I came across the phrase “having itching ears”, today with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I want to briefly examine “itching ears”. As a beginner, not everything one hear, one must believe, also when you hear something; you have to be very careful of reporting what you hear, do not add nor subtract, if this matter is none of your business, it should not be repeated. Amen!

From a child growing up, I always hear my parents and elders say, we must be swift to hear and slow to speak. As an adult and after many encounters, I realized when some people wants attention or they want to create confusion, they fabricate a story, and you — who don’t know better, accepts the baton. Romans 16 verse 17 gives us a good example of these individuals. Brothers and sisters it’s very sad for me to report, but even some of us who are supposed to be peacemakers (children of God), are separating God’s people. St Matthew chapter 7 verse 15, speaks about false prophets, who are wolves in sheep’s clothing, they are very eloquent with God’s word but they have their own secret agenda. Lord have mercy! Children of the Most High God, we must remember, strait is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth to eternal life and very few of us will venture there. We have to repent for the Kingdom of God is at hand. James chapter 3 speaks about the tongue, but I won’t bore you because Archbishop Gregg gave us many messages with the different types of tongues that exists. What I want to highlight from James 3 is verse 11. As servants of God, we cannot be double minded, we cannot preach one thing and practice another, we must sew fruits of good not evil. Amen!

In closing brethren, let us submit ourselves to to God, listen to the Holy Scriptures and resist the things satan wants you to hear. Speak no evil of one another brethren nor judge not, that ye be not judged, for there is one Lawgiver and one Judge — who is able to save and destroy. Amen! Heavenly Father we thank You for another blessing today, we thank You our Redeemer — Jesus Christ, for with Him all things are possible. Master, continue to bless and uplift our elders in The Mystical Order, direct them in the path they should go. Have mercy on us Your children, place Your word within our hearts and cotton our ears from evil and idle conversations. We pray for all our brothers and sisters far and near, we pray for Your forgiveness, love and blessings from this day and forever, in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!

Be careful little ears what you hear,
For the Father up above,
Is looking down in love,
So be careful little ears what you hear.

Your humble servant,
His Eminence, Eric Alleyne. LOM. OHPA. OSM.
Cardinal of The Mystical Order
Commanding Officer of The Mystical Court.
