Climbing up the mountain
And creeping on my knees,
Looking for my Jesus
To tell Him about my troubles.
Trouble, trouble, the whole world in trouble!
What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear; what a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. Amen! Giving honour, glory, thanks and praises to Almighty God for all He has done for us and as the hymn writer declare; and are we yet alive to see each others face, glory and praise to Jesus give, for His redeeming grace. Amen! Father, we pray that You bless, protect and provide for us as we tarry throughout this day and forever in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!
To our Patriarch, my Archbishop, Crowned Queen Abbess, all ministers, members, friends and families of The Mystical Order of Spiritual Baptist Inc 2012, I greet you in the wonderful name of Jesus. Brothers and sisters, today I want to reassure us that Almighty God is in charge, He is His own interpreter and will make everything plain. Family in Christ, I presently live in the USA and over the past five years or so we have noticed, violent uprising between the police and citizens of several states. Now, please bear with me because this has been going on through out the ages and most of it has been covered up or swept under a carpet, but with the technology we have at our disposal nowadays, most of these acts are being caught on video. There’s a total break down between the police and minorities, most of it stems from a racial point of view (am subject for correction), where one race of people is treated differently from another. I don’t want to sound to political nor am I a defense attorney and I certainly don’t have an agenda here. All these things are happening because we are turning away from Jesus, we who live here in America and mankind in general have to humble ourselves, pray, seek God’s face and turn from our wicked ways (2 Chronicles 7 verse 14), whereby allowing Almighty God to forgive our sin and heal the land. Hallelujah!
There is turmoil in every nation in the world, mankind is slowly destroying himself. In some countries, our brothers and sisters are being slaughtered in scores and hundreds, we behave worst than animals who have to kill to eat, (which is within their normal habitat); beloved I’m not surprised because of what I’ve been reading. In 1 Thessalonians 5, for when we think is peace and safety, sudden destruction comes upon us. Look around us, recent earthquakes in Nepal, people fleeing by boat from Syria, thousands are fleeing from their homes in South Africa, they are looking for safety and comfort. Christ is the answer, prayer is the key, let us look to Jesus and live. He has the whole world in His hands. Praise the Lord!
There is no secret what God can do, we have to trust Him. Life is not a bed of roses, sometimes we’re up, sometimes we’re down, we have to pick ourselves up, learn from our mistakes and allow Almighty God to take charge of our body, mind and spirit. Amen! I pray that we have learnt something today, for Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life”, He’s our Advocate, our Deliverer and Comforter, He’s the only one to save this world, through Him we can obtain eternal life. Amen!
Heavenly Father, we thank You for another blessing this morning, we thank You our Redeemer, we thank You for the message today, reassuring us that You are in control. Master please remember our elders in The Mystical Order, grant them the eyes of faith and wisdom to carry us through these troubling times. Lord God have mercy on us, please take charge of our lives insomuch that we’ll flee from the wrath to come. O Great Jehovah, we pray for the leaders of all nations, please instill peace perfect peace in their hearts, so that they may govern over Your children. King of Kings and Lord of Lords, grant us the stability and hope to stay strong in faith and in patience wait until You come. All these and more blessings we ask for in Jesus Almighty name. Amen!
Your humble servant,
His Eminence, Eric Alleyne. LOM. OHPA. OSM.
Cardinal of The Mystical Order.
Commanding Officer of The Mystical Court.
